• Refunds will not be available.
• Confirmation emails will be sent out after the order is placed and a pick up time/date is chosen. Customers will also receive reminder emails ahead of their pick up.
• Customers can change their pick up times/dates up to two days prior to their selected time by emailing MyAccount@edmonton.ca or by selecting “Order Status” on the order page and following the links.
• There is a 10% restocking fee if your order is not picked up during your designated time.
• Pickups will be done at the greenhouse entrance, NOT at the main entry of the facility. Orders can be picked up by the Muttart storage parking lot by the greenhouses, which can be accessed off of 98th Avenue. Please follow the plant sale signs.
• Customers are responsible for placing the order in their vehicles, reviewing the condition of their plant material and making sure they have all items from the order.
