We are currently experiencing a technical issue where emails sent from our system are not being reliably delivered to addresses hosted by Microsoft. This includes:

@hotmail.com
@live.com
What is Happening?
Our technical team has identified an intermittent delivery block affecting these specific domains. This means that if you use one of these providers, your order confirmations or password reset links may be delayed or may not arrive in your inbox at all.
The Current Workaround
While we work toward a permanent resolution with Microsoft, we recommend the following:
For New Accounts & Orders: Please use an alternative email provider (such as Gmail, Yahoo, or iCloud) when setting up your account or completing a purchase. This is the most reliable way to ensure you receive your documents instantly.
Check Your Spam: If you have recently placed an order using a Microsoft email, please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folders, as some messages may be filtered there.
Already Have an Account?
If you currently have an account registered with a Hotmail, Outlook, or Live address and would like to update it to a different provider to ensure you receive future notifications, we are here to help.
How to Change Your Email: Please send an email to myaccount@edmonton.ca with your request. Our team will manually assist you in updating your account credentials to a non-Microsoft email address.
