Chocolate Mint is known for its dark green leaves, dark stems, and a unique aroma resembling a "peppermint patty" or chocolate-covered mint. It is a versatile, fast-growing culinary herb ideal for teas, desserts, and cocktails.  Due to its highly invasive, fast-spreading nature, it is strongly recommended to grow chocolate mint in containers, where it will still need to be divided every 2–3 years
